3. Hizmet Kullanimi / Use of Services
- Hizmetlerimizi yalnizca yasal amaclar icin kullanabilirsiniz / You may only use our services for legal purposes

4. Abonelik ve Odemeler / Subscriptions and Payments
Mobil uygulamalarimizda sunulan premium ozellikler abonelik sistemine tabidir. Abonelikler Google Play uzerinden yonetilir ve Google Play'in kullanim kosullari gecerlidir.
Premium features offered in our mobile applications are subject to a subscription system. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and Google Play's terms of use apply.
5. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi / Limitation of Liability
Kalynda Tech Havacilik Turizm Ltd. Sti., hizmetlerin kesintisiz veya hatasiz olacagini garanti etmez. Hizmetlerimizin kullanimindan dogan dolayli zararlardan sorumlu degiliz. Havacilik uygulamalarimiz yalnizca bilgilendirme amacli olup, resmi havacilik karar destek sistemi olarak kullanilamaz.
Kalynda Tech Aviation Tourism Ltd. does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our aviation applications are for informational purposes only and cannot be used as official aviation decision support systems.
6. Havadan Goruntu Tanima Sistemi / Aerial Image Recognition System
Havadan goruntu tanima sistemimiz yalnizca yetkili kullanim icin tasarlanmistir. Sistemin kullanimi sirasinda:
- Tum yerel ve ulusal mevzuata uyulmalidir / All local and national regulations must be followed
- Drone ucus kurallarina uyulmalidir / Drone flight rules must be followed
- Kisisel gizlilige saygi gosterilmelidir / Personal privacy must be respected
- Elde edilen veriler yalnizca yetkili amaclar icin kullanilmalidir / Obtained data must only be used for authorized purposes
